Ukraine hit the “Dnepr” headquarter of the Russian forces on the Arabat spit in Kherson Oblast on June 10, as per reports. OSINT analyst, Benjamin Pittet, claims the headquarters was likely hit by Storm Shadow cruise missiles. The Russian military headquarters, located nearly 140 km from the front line, was visited by President Putin in April. Resistance group ‘ATESH’ claims the Russia-installed head of Kherson, Vladimir Saldo, left Henichesk soon after the explosions. Another powerful explosion was reported at the Burevisnyk hotel in the nearby resort area, which was housing Russian troops and officers.
